Yes we combine items to lower S&H fees. To receive S&H discounts, on two or more items, you must send only one payment. First Class Mail does not have a tracking number and cannot be insured. A low value shipment is any payment under $30. S&H fees on a mid value shipment is $22 for the first item and $11 for each additional item. Economy Priority Mail is used on mid value shipments. Economy Priority Mail does not have a tracking number and cannot be insured. A mid value shipment is any payment over $30 but under $100. High value shipments will only be sent by Priority Mail with tracking number and insurance. For example: if you purchase an item for $99 and the S&H fee is $35. The total payment is $134. This order will only be sent by Priority Mail with tracking number and insurance. A high value shipment is any payment over $100. We have no control over delivery times.
