This is ahigh quality plate glass telescope mirror blank, the last one I have to sell.It is3/4" thick, and 13" in diameter, about as big as you can go with glass of this thickness with current mirror cell technology.It isprecision waterjet cut with a .04"jetwhich results in a very smooth edge. Please note several "frosted" areas around the edge. These are the result of backsplash from the waterjet cutting process, and are of no concern for mirror making, and in any case present on only one side.
It isare free of internal strains; tested with crossed polarizers.
