Telescope mirror blank, plate glass 13" diameter 3/4" thick:
$50
These are high quality plate glass telescope mirror blanks. They are 3/4" thick, and 13" in diameter, about as big as you can go with glass of this thickness with current mirror cell technology. They are precision waterjet cut, so if you want two to make a binocular telescope, the diameters will match closely, within .04". The small jet used results in a very smooth edge. Please note several "frosted" areas around the edge. These are the result of backsplash from the waterjet cutting process, and are of no concern for mirror making, and in any case present on only one side.
They are free of internal strains; tested with crossed polarizers.

I have five of these available. If you buy more than one, I'll combine the shipping to save you money.
Get going on this project, and you can have a scope made in time for the next Mars apparition--you don't even need the mirror coated to view the 5 bright planets!
You could also use them for table tops, but that would be a tragedy.
