A vintage/original New Old Stock/New In Box Corning Pyrex Glass 8" diameter x 1 3/8" thick Telescope Mirror (?) Blank - Code # 634080. As found at a recent estate sale in it's original box that I opened to photograph it.Visually it appears to be in very nice NOS/NIB original condition showing some very light shelf wear.
