This is for a lovely antique Victorian brass glasses case with reading glasses inside from Belgium . The case has a sliding catch that releases the hinged lid and under the lid is the makers name De Kemel of Antwerp.The case isin excellent condition with no splits or repairs. There are definite purpose made straight lines over the case that are possibly ruler marks, they are each 20cms apart.The glasses inside are magnified for reading and in good condition with just the light wear you see and nice crisp clear lenses. The casemeasures 140mm (5.5\") long by 30mm (1.25\") by8mm deep.
