A very rare pair of double lens antique Georgian solid silver spectacles, with jointed arms. These fabulous spectacles are hallmarked inmany places, with London hallmarks dating to 1826. They are made by the spectacle maker Edmund Taylor of Fleet Lane, Old Bailey, London, and then White Horse Yard, Stanhope, London. They can be worn with normal lenses or with the added tinted lenses. The are insuperb condition - amazing considering their great age.
