Here are two (2) inkwells / bottles selling as one auction... you win BOTH!
They are both 1840s umbrella 8-sided inkwells. They have the \"stop sign\" design on the base, looks like the same mold. One is a light green color, maybe close to celery in the sun, not so much yellow in the shade. I haven\'t tried to wash it, but looks like some residue, maybe haze, inside... otherwise perfect. The other one is bright aqua, and the remnants of a colorful label, although incomplete.
Both inks are VERY nice, one colored, one labeled, both open pontil and in fine condition! A nice lot!
