A Pair of English Made Kershaw & Son of Leeds World War Two British Military Issued Prismatic Binoculars, Bino Prism No2 Mk 11.
Their power is x 6.
Date marked 1942.
Serial No :- 102977.
Clearly stamped with Broad Arrows denoting Military issue and use.
Both Focusing Oculars work well moving firmly with no play or.slack.
Neither Bakelite Eye-cup has cracks or chips as shown clearly.
With a Graticule / Range-finder on the r/h side, and with some very minor spotting on both sides but working extremely well giving a very serviceable bright and sharp image in use.
The spotting is not serious and doesn\'t compromise the view in use, the Graticule itself is intact and clearly visible.
No double imaging, no mold, major dust, dirt or internal issues.
There are no internal rattles when the Binoculars are shaken.
The Body Metalwork has some Brassing and signs of use but it has no structural issues or major damage.
The Bindings are firm and intact.
The central Pivot operates smoothly and very firmly with no slack or noticeable wear.
The Lenses are intact with only minor surface wear and with no cracks or chips.
Overall structurally sound and very serviceable Binoculars.
As to be expected very well made, heavy duty and good quality Binoculars, perfect for a collection / accessory / re-enactment etc.
