The black 10x42 BX-2Acadia Binocular from Leupoldcombines weather-sealed construction and an immersive viewto create a general purpose optic for hunters and nature enthusiasts alike. For the BX-2Acadia series, Leupoldemploys their Multicoat 4 anti-reflective lens coating to maximize light transmission and enhance image contrast. Complementing the lens system are phase-corrected BAK4 prisms that render lifelike colors andimpressive sharpness across the 70° apparent viewing angle.
Additionally, the BX-2 Acadia binocular has a nitrogen-filled housing that is built to perform in extreme humidity andheavy rainfall. When conditionsturn wetor cold, several of the binocular\'s features will help the observer maintain their grip; includingtextured rubber armoring and agenerously-sized focus wheel. The BX-2Acadiaalso has a9 ft minimum focus, making this awell-rounded optic for close to mid-range observations.
