What an incredible ink bottle!!! This one reminds me of the early umbrella inks because of the panels, but I have never seen this shape before. This is a very early one. It has an awesome free form flared lip and a slightly crooked neck. It is 6 sided with a rough or open pontil. Best of all it\'s mint!This is the real thing folks! This is probably pre 1850. What a rarity. It has tons of character that will keep you starring for hours! If it was in the umbrella shape you know how much it would be worth! This shape may actually be more rare?The glass is in great condition with no damage, stain, or scratches.It stands 2-5/8\" tall.
