First off I had to contact the seller to ship my purchased item after a week because the tracking said the item is not with carrier yet. Then I get the wrong shoe sent to me and I had to process a refund and ship the item back. The seller tried to get me to pay for the return shipping label and she would refund the shipping to me via Zelle. I did not because Ebay's policy is that seller must take care of the return label due to seller error. I do not want to purchase from this seller again!!
