I paid a premium price for this "new, in the box". It arrived quickly without a box, in a large bubble wrap envelope. The tube had been squished and some product had pushed out from the seal, which was extremely difficult to remove, I contacted the seller who apologized for the inconvenience, but said the shipper said it WAS in a box. He asked how they could make it right and I suggested that we try it again, at a discounted price...they could determine what they thought was fair. No response.
