    Good for viewing planets and visible stars

    This telescope does not have a equatorial mount which means you have to manually center the object. This means it would be almost impossible to view galaxies or very faint objects. Another thing to consider is that at high magnification the object will be very wobbly due to the tripod not being very sturdy. Other than that it is easy to set up, light weight, and easy to use. I would give it 2.5 stars, but they don't have that option. I would suggest buying another if you are paying more than 25 dollars for it.

    Great beginner scope

    I bought this because it would be easier to transport and use than the bigger scope that I own. It is more of a good beginner scope. Very basic and easy to use.

    Telescope for my son.

    I bought the telescope for my 6 year old son. He loves it. We're both having fun with it.It came with all the lens and pieces wrapped separately. Has a couple of lens and is easy to use. When you buy something that is Bushnell, it means quality.
