Vendor shows this as new and in factory box, however the box is just a regular really beaten cardboard box, tube wrapped in plastic, it had spiderwebs on it and also has scratches which I provided pictures of and vendor just said: it is new and it came like that, clearly no intends of fixing it. At the end since it was a gift and had no more time, I delivered that as it was, really embarrassing. Will not buy from this vendor again.

We pride ourself on qaulity products at an affordable price. The telescope was NEW and was in a FACTORY BOX. Over two weeks before contacting us. Photos he sent show one scrub on the dew shield. Judging from scratches on his table, scrub was caused by the buyer. Electronic insect repellents throughout our warehouse and have had no spiders or webbs for years. His backround photos show STUFF sitting around, less than 24 hours for spiders to built a webb and likely comes from his own environment.
