DESCRIPTION:Here is a UNIQUE item folks! It\'s an early ink well resembling a light bulb in a socket... possibly an Edison light bulb or the like. It measures 4½\" tall. The \"socket base\" appears to be metal with a gold tone or plating. Bulb is a thick glass with a threaded and ground lip. The base has a dip hole and a pen rest. Green felt on bottom. Heavy feel, very well constructed, you\'ll be proud to own it. An early piece for sure... and RARE to boot!
