1. Incomplete installation instructions. 2. Setting up of parts is by guessing. 3. No video instructions available and the Telescope seems to be a rip off of from the Celestine telescope 4. Phone adaptor and the material used are poor quality. 5. Spent great amount of time and cannot get it to view even the moon, Lol! In summary, they can do far much better then this and am regretting purchasing this cheap telescope!

    Good for viewing the night sky

    Great product for viewing the night sky, when buying this telescope I would recommend some sort of mirror lens to help when viewing through the telescope, other then that would recommend.
