Vintage 1960's Marx Battleground near complete Playset with VF+/NM piece andAccessories in Box,Stock # 4756. There are over 135+ pieces included with this set and all of them are complete with no broken rifle tips or stress marked. wornpieces. This is the earlier version of Battleground set as it has (2) metal Flags which were later changed to Paper in the 1970's and (2) spring loaded Cannons which fire small projectiles as this was also taken away in '70's after someone somewhere got hurt. The set is missing the Playmat as otherwise the following items are included with this set and are in VF+ or better condition unless otherwise specified:

The Box itself measures approximately 24.25" Long by 16" Wide and sits 4" Deep. It I in Good/VG condition with no staining, marks or holes however tape has been applied on front edge, sides as I found it sealed originally which accounts for why the majority of set is present and in such exceptionally clean condition. The Instruction sheet ha tanned a bit from age but is not brittle and the center cardboard divider is present as well.I will also be including a few vintage Marx extras as well as this is not a normal set in the fact the pieces survived in suchclean condition.
