I think this is an easy fix. Looking at the features page, the focus knob fell off and the movable objective lens came out.I can't get the long rod that the focus knob attaches to back into the eyepiece holder soI can reattach the focus knob.
Battery compartment is clean. I added 6 "AA" batteries (not included) and started the Autostar controller.It accepted the date, initialized, aligned, went through slewing. I don't know what all that meant, but it appears to be working.
I do have some loose parts: The focus knob, metal spacer (for focus knob?), Two 1/2" magnifying lens pieces.
Also have a Barlow Lens 3x, Meade MA25mm lens and Meade MA9mm lens.
Also have the limited edition Astronomy software CD.
Also have the Allen hex key.
So, I am selling everything pictured.
